About this site

The impetus for this website is to share information I've learned about licensing, jurisdiction, licensing laws, and relevant court cases and Constitutional Law regarding the practice of the mental health practices of counseling, psychotherapy, psychology and any speech-based practice.

Mental health practitioners face increasing government regulation throughout the country. Some regulations are unethical on their face. Some have the potential of actually facilitating harm upon a patient or client.  And finally, some are politically motivated by extremist ideologues.

This site exists to provide information for counselors to be able to push back against government overreach and abuse of our rights as declared in the Constitution of the United States.  This is not a site of partisan politics, but as one dedicated to recognizing that "We the people" are the beneficiaries of the United States constitution, and identifying the true line between our rights and the government's authority.

The purpose of the information presented here is not in any way, shape, or form to help people break the law, but to help people understand the law so they can properly and fully exercise their rights that already exist and have been reaffirmed by the judiciary branch of the United States of America.

Finally, I am not a lawyer nor have a career in the legal field. Nothing on this site ought to be construed in any way as legal advice. Do your own research. Double-check what I have presented here on this site before you make any decisions that may affect your life or career.
